Pack Your Products
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
